HAUL: Makeup a la Market

Hey guys,

Today I have a really small make-up haul of things I got from a local market. I love love LOVE markets, I don't know about you guys but you can get some amazing deals from markets! I don't really know how markets get their products and are able to sell them so cheap all I'm hoping is that their products won't make my skin go bad in the future (I'll keep you posted on that one). Other than that ounce of doubt in these products overall, it is great value for money. The market I visited had brands like Maybelline, Stila, Loreal, Rimmel, Clinique and a lot more so it's wise to keep your eyes peeled whenever you come across a boot sale or market.

I love to put bronzer on my skin in the summer, I believe that a wonderful healthy glow is an awesome look to go for, especially in the summer. This Technic bronzer was only £2.00 as you can see and gives a beautiful glow to my skin when I tried it on - hopefully a make-up look will be coming soon on this product.

This small pallette that I purchased is by Maybelline and it was only £3.50 how incredible is this? The pigmentation of this palette is beyond amazing and so easy to blend with a brush or your finger. The colours can each be placed onto your eyelid individually and altogether - so many different looks can be created by this small pallette and I'm so excited to use it more often.

Does anyone remember Bethany Mota showing this product in a haul? I remember seeing it a while ago and it didn't actually turn up in the UK for a while, I didn't even realise it was in the country until I saw it! As you can see it was only £2.50 - if I'm being totally honest with you guys at first it was very confusing to get the hang of because it's bouncy like a mousse but not as easy to get into, it's very pigmented but is the kind of bright pink that limits what colour eyeshadow and lipstick you're allowed to use - very natural tones should be used when you use this product.

I absolutely adore painting my nails but I am so guilty of not putting a base and a top coat on so when I saw this Top Coat was only £1.00 I thought why not? I'm always doing my nails, might as well use a top coat so that it can last a little longer. So far it has been wonderful at doubling as a base coat!

I know, some of these lipsticks look a bit worse for wear but I have been fortunate to use my mum as a model and every single colour looks gorgeous on her. I believe that they each go for a very high price in local drugstores and I also think it comes with a clear lipstick as well but anyway - that is what surprised me, it being £1.00 and everything.

I hope you enjoyed this post,
Until next time guys,
God bless,
All my love,

CURRENT FAVOURITES: Aussie, Loreal, Barry M, Maybelline, Benefit etc.

Hey guys,

This post is going to display all of my current favourites and make-up bits that are occupying my make-up bag. I was feeling uninspired blog-wise so I finally decided that I haven't done enough favourites so here it is:

£3.89
I cannot vouch for the scent of this hairspray enough, it spells like berries and holds my hair a good few hours, say now I spritzed my hair at around 4:30pm because I was getting ready for a concert I was playing in and it has lasted until now and it's 10:36pm and will probably last most of the night so everything about this hairspray really is just en pointe I seriously recommend it.

£9.99
I had never really used oils in my hair before, I remember my mum bought me hot oil from VO5 which we both put in our hair for special occasions and I remember that being amazing but I never had an oil that I just pump and place on the ends of my hair. This is lovely before and after drying your hair and I use it especially when I feel like my hair is looking a bit dry it grants instant moisture to my dull hair.
P.S Normally I would never spend that much on hair products BUT it was only £6.00 when I bought it at ASDA but I believe it's risen in price so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for discounts!

£3.99
I actually bought this colour ages ago but I think I only wore it once but took it off straight after because I hated the colour with my skintone but you know what, screw it, this year I love it. It's like a coral neon colour which is perfect for springtime!

£1.59
This lip balm is honestly the best ever I've tried, it's moisture is like no other, I put it on before I put on my make-up and when I go to sleep because it leaves my lips so shiny but more importantly moist. I carry this everywhere I go, I actually got this in a combination of presents from one of my good friends Sammie, she has a Youtube channel that is awesome here's the link to her channel ♥, make sure you guys subscribe she does wonderful videos!

£7.99
I actually bought this when it was a mere £5 in Superdrug and I pondered getting two because I knew that the discount doesn't last long but I wanted to try it and I've literally nearly run out, I've have been obsessing over pink recently so it was probably the best first bright pink lip lacquer I've ever bought. What I also love about this product is the fact that it smells like mint when you put it on your lips. It was like I had been chewing gum but I hadn't been.

£4.00
I've bought this palette two times, the first time it did get used a lot but I lost the lid and eventually it failed on me so I bought another one and literally the combinations are endless I am actually to this day still finding new colour combos to use for day and night so I'm literally in love with this palette a ton there is not a single colour I don't use, apart from the top right colour, it doesn't look used at all!

£4.99
I love this product, I mostly use it when I've already filled in my brows but on some days where I'm feeling rushed I will just use it on its own. I recommend it for everyone it's  made brow life a whole lot easier!

£9.99
I know what you're thinking £9.99 for this pot but I got this around Christmas time and my mumma bought it for me as a treat. I was honestly so excited to true it, on the packaging it had a before and after picture and I was like dayuuum your girls going to finally have eyelashes (because my real ones are short and non-existent) so when I tried it I was a tad disappointed but I layered it a few times and curled it with my eyelash curlers and it works a dream.

£7.49 - Amazon
£2.99 - bookstore

This book, I bought a few days ago and it's literally such an awesome and convicting book, a total God send and anointed piece of writing. It's also so eye-opening and humbling, I've read it morning afternoon and evening since I bought and a great thing about it is that is has bible references as well so I spend ages looking them up and then referencing other pages of my Bible. Another things I love about this book is the titles, the chapters are short but there straight to the point, it's simple as well, Kempis tells it how God tells it and I am so blessed to read it.

I hope you enjoyed this post!
What are your favourites?

Hey loves,

I have a make-up haul for you guys! So I went shopping yesterday and I saw that Boots was open until 8:00pm! We started late and managed to get shopping done in an hour and then I was a tad upset because I needed to replace a LOT of my make-up that had run out!

At Boots they were doing a 3 for 2 offer so everything here cost me £32? I will try to link as many products as possible and I will hopefully do a review on each when I have gotten more used to the products.

I was in desperate need of a foundation and I was actually going to get the little stick that you just dot around your face and blend in, I have always preferred liquid foundation more than anything else! So I got the Maybelline FIT me foundation in 220  I got it in Natural Beige and it's so fitting on my skin, I may have been able to get a darker shade but it still gives me a dewy complexion. I just apply this with my fingers, I dot it around my face and then blend it in!

Then I purchased the famous Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Liquid Concealer in Medium and I used this once and it really is amazing guys! I forget that I actually don't have to put that much on when I apply it though but I'm sure that's something I'll get the hang of!

The next basic I got was Rimmel London's Clear Complexion Translucent Powder and it was more amazing than I expected I was a bit wary because I really wanted to get the Stay Matte line and I think it may be a part of it but I'm not too sure. It gives me a gorgeous matte finish especially around my nose area and it's a great base for applying blush and eyeshadow!

I had SUCH a hard time looking for a good but not too expensive mascara for absolutely ages, it was crazy, I think I actually got a headache at some point! But anyway, I went back and forth from Scandaleyes to the Falsies and then I came across the new Scandaleyes the retro edition and I just bought it.  It coats my lashes, I didn't have time to do more than one coat but one coat was enough to last me the whole day! But more to come on that one!

Next I had run out of eyeliner, ages ago but the Magic liner I got from Maybelline was so dry and didn't even work! So I still had the Rimmel Exaggerate Eyeliner but it was running out fast and before when I had Prom I bought the Loreal Superliner and it lasted me so long! Unfortunately after I bought it I realised I had bought the Loreal Superliner Black Crystals eyeliner which is a dark grey sparkly eyeliner and I was so disappointed because it was seriously expensive! But despite this I used it and it looks really pretty, it maybe too much for everyday use but for parties and nights out? I definitely recommend for them :D

Last but not least I bought the infamous Baby lips! I got mine in Cherry Me, the story behind this is that I got this one before and fell in love but I lost it at a meal and ever since have been trying to replace it with Vaseline so I'm very excited about this one!

Mum's purchases!

Here are my mum's purchases:

Maybelline Dream Touch blush
Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in Light
Maybelline Babylips in Pink Punch

I hope you enjoyed this little makeup haul! Keep posted for the reviews!
God bless

Fotd

Hey loves, this is my Face of the day excuse the disgusting hair I literally had just only done my make-up and kept my hair in the towel then quickly unwrapped it to take a photo for you guys. I wanted to show you how I got this look because really it was just a look that I have been doing everyday on the eyes not so much brightness on the lips but anyway.
I started with Olay daily moisturising cream all around my face and especially in the crevices of the nose and then I squirted my Rimmel London Stay Matte mousse onto my hand and then gradually, using my forefinger (ain't nobody got time for brushes) to spread the foundation onto my face making sure I blended into my neck. Then I used my Almay line smoothing powder in light/medium 200 using a CALA brush (powder 401) to distribute the powder around my face to enable the foundation to set and for my nose to appear more mattified. Next I fill in my eyebrows using a BarryM slanted brush and the MUA pro-brow kit featured in my blog a few days ago and then after worked in with MUA Clear Mascara for instant precision. Next I used my Mua Heaven and earth pallette and used a pale brown and a darker brown for more dimension in the outer corners of my eyes. And then I went in with my Maybelline Rocket Volum Express Mascara - sometimes I put my Rimmel London Exaggerate Liquid Eyeliner on before hand and wait for that to dry before I curl my eyelashes using Ellen Tracy eyelash curler. After I used a brush to apply Almay Pure Blends in Honey miel (400) and smiled to apply it to my cheeks. Next to conceal my undereye circles I used Natural Collection's Concealer in Medium and patted it into my face with my third finger as it's the lightest touch. Then I went in with Natural collection's Suntint Bronzing Powder in Golden Glow making a number three motion just above my eyebrows, above my blush and in the hollows of my cheeks. To finish off I used firstly Vaseline on my lips before hand so that my lips were moisturised and then used Kate Moss's Rimmel London  in Rossetto (01) for my lip colour.
Hope you guys like my Face of the day!
Just for those that wanted to know were my top half was from I got my grey and black slouchy jumper from Primark a while ago and then I got my colourful beaded necklace from British Heart Foundation, a charity shop or a Thrift shop if you will!
Until next time!
God bless,
Rozzie xoxo
